The staff, especially Ramona, offered exceptional service and made us feel welcomed. the room could use some serious attention. The air conditioning barely worked, leading to uncomfortable warmth. I found the sofa bed to be extraordinarily uncomfortable for my son, which disrupted our sleep. It would be great if they could improve bedding options. A clogged bathroom sink added to the frustration during our stay. Despite these issues, the spaciousness of the room was commendable, providing us with ample space as a family.

We got a junior suite which was super spacious! It had a separate living area, fridge, and even a few snacks waiting for us. The bed was really comfy too. Breakfast was fab, loved the full English! Just wish the bathroom was updated. a solid spot for a weekend getaway.
